2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However:

Colors may vary depending on your screen settings.
Slight variations in print placement or sizing may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
We accept payment via major credit cards

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

5. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order enters production or shipping, it cannot be canceled.

If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom or limited-edition items may be non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return and Refund Policy

At PNDLUM, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Item must be in original condition with tags (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized graphic tees
Limited edition or final sale items
Gift cards
Items marked “Non-Refundable”

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.

We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@pndlum.com with your order number.
Wait for return approval and instructions.
Ship the item to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need a different size:

You may return the original item (if eligible).
A new order must be placed for the desired size.
Availability is not guaranteed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider.
Contact your bank (processing times vary).

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

9. International Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
